Prices

The prices displayed on our website is in in Australian Dollars, including the Australian Goods & Services Tax (G.S.T).

Should a product be erroneously listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or calculation error, Property Care Strata Reports reserves the authority to decline or annul any orders for products marked with the incorrect price. Property Care Strata Reports retains the prerogative to reject or nullify such orders, regardless of whether the order has been verified and payment has been processed.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

When the report we provide significantly deviates from the description and presentation as depicted on our website, we will grant a refund. Our ability to access properties depends on the owner or their authorized representative, and for strata or company title inspections, we can only examine the records made accessible to us. No refund will be provided if our access to a property or records is restricted. If we fail to deliver the report to the designated email address within 96 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after obtaining access to the property (or inspecting the strata's books and records), we will initiate a refund process.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, and providing the inspection has not commenced, a cancellation fee of $100 inclusive GST will apply.

No cancellation is possible once the inspection has commenced.
