ORDER STRATA REPORTS

We provide Strata Report service in Sydney, NSW. 

The report fee is $250+GST for Strata Scheme less than 100 lots. For Strata Scheme over 100 lots is cost $300+GST per report. 

*Price can vary depending on size of complex, cost of admin fees put forward by strata companies, cost of acquiring large documents, travel time. The cost of the report will always be agreed and discussed before the report is completed.

Our report delivery within 48 hours once the strata search completed. 

To ensure a smooth process and avoid any delays in obtaining the strata report, it is necessary to provide a Letter of Authority in order to book and conduct a Strata Inspection. 

Without this authorisation, the strata managing agent may decline to proceed with the strata search.

You can obtain a Letter of Authority from the selling agent or vendors solicitor.
